This works so well that I myself was very surprised how easy it was. It is important that you do the installation in the active Anaconda environment &#8220;stable-diffusion&#8221;. If you don&#8217;t use Anaconda then you install Automatic1111 directly in your system. Please execute the following two commands in the terminal window under Ubuntu 22.04 to install the current and required Python3 libraries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Command:<\/strong>\u00a0<code>sudo apt install wget git python3 python3-venv<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Now the preconditions are created and you execute the following command. This installs Automatic1111 and installs some software on your system. If you want to start the environment manually after a restart of the PC, you can do this with the following command executed via the terminal in the installation folder &#8220;stable-diffusion-webui&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Command:<\/strong> <code>bash webui.sh<\/code><\/p>\n<p>In the browser you can now access the web interface of the stable dissufion environment via the following URL. To start with, download the Stable Diffusion 2.0 model as a checkpoint file.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Download checkpoint Model:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/huggingface.co\/stabilityai\/stable-diffusion-2\/resolve\/main\/768-v-ema.ckpt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">768-v-ema.ckpt<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Further you need the config file which you also have to download.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Download Config:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/raw.githubusercontent.com\/Stability-AI\/stablediffusion\/main\/configs\/stable-diffusion\/v2-inference-v.yaml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">config file<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>This configuration file must be renamed so that it is named like the model, i.e. as follows<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>neuer Dateiname:\u00a0<\/strong><code>768-v-ema.yaml<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Now the checkpoint file and the renamed configuration file must be moved to the installation folder of the Stable Diffusion web UI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Pfad:<\/strong> <code><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\/home\/&lt;Benutzername&gt;\/stable-diffusion-webui\/models\/Stable-diffusion<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<p>&lt;picture of that folder&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Then close the environment if it was still running and reload it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Command:<\/strong> <code>bash webui.sh<\/code><\/p>\n<p>When the environment is started in the terminal window, open it again via the browser. You can select the added model in the top left drop-down box. This drop down box becomes relevant when you have added different models.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>URL:<\/strong> http:\/\/127.0.0.1:7860\/<\/p>\n<p>If you want other computers in your network to be able to access the web interface, you must execute the following command with <code>--listen<\/code> appended.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Command:<\/strong> <code>bash webui.sh --listen<\/code><\/p>\n<p>If several instances are to be used in parallel with different neural networks loaded into the graphics card, then these instances should each be started on a separate port.
